We are in a luxury Hotel In Chiang Mai.
It has a nice pool and plenty WI-FI.
Fancy rooms, BUT MY BED IS VERY
VERY SQUEEKY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The train was not the greatest but it was O.K.…
I barely slept last night because it was so bumpy. If you had more train experiences, please let me know and put them in comments. Text ya later!

Hey Oli, I also think sleeping on a train is hard, especially if you're on the top bunk, since trains rock a lot. Maybe next time try and get a bottom bunk? I hope you enjoy Chang Mai, and that you get used to the time change soon! Have you seen any elephants or monkeys yet? Let us know how you like Thai food!
ReplyDeleteHi Oli - The only train experience I've been on has been the GO Train or Subway in Toronto. No sleeping there! On the train that you were on do you and your mom and Shelby have a private sleeping area ? You are having an experience of a lifetime and this project of yours if WONDERFUL. Lots of love from our house xoxox Lindz,Cory, Carter and Jordan
ReplyDeleteHey Oliver, I took the train all over the place in India. Some of the trains are really smooth and comfy and clean. But other trains are full of dirt and RATS! Late at night, I saw HUGE BLACK RATS scurrying around, crawling over people's luggage and hiding under the seats. Yuck!
ReplyDeleteEven though trains are bumpy, they are a really cool way to travel and see the country. Good luck and have fun!
